Your email signup form is hidden at the bottom of the page
A persistent CTA that scrolls with the user keeps the signup action visible at all times.
When to use
Your landing page is long and the signup CTA is only visible at the top and bottom.
Hypothesis template
If we add a [sticky CTA bar] that's always visible, signup rate will increase by [target]% because the action is always one click away.
Method
The problem: Users read your landing page, get excited, scroll to learn more, and can't find the signup button without scrolling back up.
How to do it:
- Add a thin sticky bar at the top or bottom of the page
- Include a one-line value prop and a CTA button: "Start free →"
- Make it appear after the user scrolls past the hero section (so it's not redundant)
- Keep it small - it shouldn't block content
- Make it dismissible
- Track: CTA bar click rate, overall page conversion
Key insight: The CTA should be visible at every scroll depth. A sticky bar ensures the user never has to hunt for how to sign up.
