Common conversion pattern

Visitors look at your pricing page but don't convert

Add customer quotes and logos to the pricing page

Your pricing page is where buying decisions happen. Add social proof right next to the price to reduce hesitation.

When to use

You have a pricing page with decent traffic but low conversion. You have at least a few happy users.

Hypothesis template

If we add fill in: social proof elements to the pricing page, conversion rate will increase by fill in: target% because testimonials reduce purchase anxiety at the decision point.

Method

The problem: Visitors read your pricing, think "is this worth it?", and leave to think about it. They never come back.

What works: Place testimonials, customer logos, and usage stats directly on the pricing page — not on a separate testimonials page. The social proof needs to be visible at the moment of decision.

The result: Pricing pages with social proof convert 15-30% higher than those without. The closer the social proof is to the CTA, the more effective it is.

How to do it:

  1. Collect 3-5 testimonials specifically about value/ROI (not just "great product!")
  2. Place them between the pricing tiers and the CTA
  3. Add usage stats: "Trusted by X founders" or "Y experiments run this month"
  4. Include customer logos if you have recognizable ones
  5. Add a "money-back guarantee" or "cancel anytime" near the CTA
  6. A/B test: pricing page with vs without social proof

Key insight: The pricing page is not where you explain your product. It's where you reduce anxiety. Every element should answer "is this safe?" not "what does it do?"
